Isack Hadjar

Born in Paris to an Algerian family of academics and researchers, Isack Hadjar is Formula 1's quiet overachiever — a young driver who has consistently done his talking on the track rather than off it. His journey into motorsport began in karting in 2012, and his progress was so rapid that Red Bull's Helmut Marko took notice at a Monaco Formula Regional race in 2021, where the 16-year-old delivered a pole-victory-fastest lap hat-trick that left no room for doubt. He was signed to the junior programme almost immediately.

His graduation through Formula 3 and Formula 2 was measured and impressive — patient when needed, explosive when the opportunity arose. He made his Formula 1 debut with Racing Bulls in 2025, logging a difficult but educational rookie season that contained a stunning maiden podium at the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort. That result, earned through four-time composure in a grand prix environment, convinced Red Bull to promote him to the senior team alongside Max Verstappen for the 2026 season — replacing the experienced Yuki Tsunoda.
